Pastures new—from Sense to Venturelab

From mid July, 2008, I was employed by the fantastic Sense Internet as a web designer/developer. It was amazing, going from a nice small agency to a much larger entity was a massive but incredible leap for both my career and me personally. However, a mere 18 months on, I find myself somewhere else—after a year and a half of working with wonderfully talented and amazing people on some superb projects, I tore myself away.

Message to Santa—a Christmas project

Last year, the ever so talented Megan Smith and I designed and built Message to Santa—a cool way for kids to send of their present letters to the Big Man. Megan provided the cute little illustrations, and I designed and built it all. Although it is December 23 now, so probably a little late to be sending off your letters, I thought I’d do a quick blog post about it…

Snow in Leeds

Last night in Leeds it started snowing! I love snow… it’s just a real shame that we don’t get it enough of it any more. On the way into work Suze and I saw some nice photo opportunities but as she didn’t have her camera on her we she missed out. We did however get a few nice iPhone snaps once we’d got into the centre of town just before work:
