		<description>If they&#039;ve violated the terms of your contract you may well be entitled to some form of compensation. I would have thought that you should be entitled to 30 days worth of insurance due to the fact that you had nothing tangible to insure during that period. On top of this you could probably claim back a percentage of your mobile phone bill (as you paid for a service that you did not use) and expect reasonable compensation for expenditure on communications during this period (not to mention the fact that you could factor in loss of earnings due to your vocation&#039;s reliance on communication from clients).</description>
