Hello Harry – thanks a lot for the code – dont have words to explain – have been searching for a long time – something like this – it is simple and does the job…

I have a request – I would like that positive values are displayed by green color and negative by red color bars — i just saw a small JavaScript code which identifies positive and negatives – http://www.hanselman.com/blog/MakingNegativeNumbersTurnRedUsingCSSAndJavascript.aspx

It would be nice to see how you split up the CSS between the PHP and the linked CSS file. Great article and proof of concept on CSS bar charts! Can you do any other types of charts or graphs?

Thanks for the great article. I haven’t implemented anything new on my site yet, but I plan on it. I do worry about some of the effects getting played out rather quickly since they are so easy to do now.
